All the talent in the world, but he was a lazy fat piece of **** who deserved exactly what he got (nothing) and in turn was jumped in ATG status by people who worked harder then him but had a less natural talent (Hopkins for one)

he ducked both klitsckos. When he came into heavy he pretty much wanted to just be made champion without having to face them. He talked and talked about how he would KO them but anytime talks got started he found a way out of them

Toney has a 72 inch reach and is a defensive inside counter puncher, Wlad has a 81 inch reach and hates fighting on inside.
Add to the fact that Toney never really had good footwork.
You really think Toney is going to walk down Wlad ? .... for his own health he needs to stay the hell away from either Klitschko and that includes the version of Toney that fought Holyfield.

He was a great fighter but just not a real heavyweight and nowadays hes shot to ****.

His run under Goosen was pretty epic for a guy who disappeared for four or five years.

Beat undefeated Jirov, stopped Holyfield, schooled Ruiz and beat both Rahman and Peter in my opinion. And he is like 5"10. Amazing. Skills pay the bills.

I am a fan of both but I take Toney over Floyd anyday. Who has Floyd fought who's as much of a stylistic nightmare as Nunn & RJJ in there primes??? I'll wait. People hate on Toney now but in his day he would fight ANYONE and you can't say the same for Floyd.

And Toney replaced it with fast food.

Toney's peak was as a middleweight then a supermiddleweight from 1991 till 1994. Like every other top fighter from that era (Holyfield, RJJ), Toney is done as a boxer now.

Watch his last two fights. He was lucky to get the decision vs C-class Oquendo, and got staggered by Z-class Matthew Greer.

The authorities wouldn't even sanction him to fight a heavyweight champion now, and rightly so.

He seemed to find it against Jirov, Holyfield, Ruiz, Jason Robinson, Sam Peter (1st fight), Guinn etc.

He got old. Simple as that. He was a great fighter in he's younger days, even up to heavyweight when he beat holyfield.

that fight with Ruiz Toney was busted for roids.

**and vs Jones was his most significant fight at Super Middle and Toney was beaten easily
