Pacquiao vs Cotto or Mayweather vs Gatti????

**** off. Cotto would have gaped Gatti's ass. You're not comparing like with like.

 

Cotto - Pacquiao was like a great NBA team against a good one. Gatti - Mayweather was like NFL team vs a high school powerhouse.

Pac's win was better...he had way more to overcome.

Gatti had the heart of a warrior and actually wanted to win. It seems all the *******s easily forget Cotto running around the ring like a scared girl just trying to survive and Pac even had to stop chasing him and motion to him "hey, you want to fight or not?"
Yeah any time you have to do that in a title fight is a clear indication the other guy had a real chance and came to fight.

exactly.. im a fan of gatti. I love the way he fights but we all know his skills is limited. Cotto is a better all around boxer than gatti. Gatti just had the heart and power to make every fight exciting.

I remember alot of ppl here on this forum saying Gatti was gonna KO Floyd, he was to big, hit to hard & that Floyd couldn't hurt him! I don't remember to many rumbling on her like that about Cotto doin that to Pac! IMO Cotto hasn't been the same since the Margo fight! He was brutalized & hasn't looked that spectacular since. Gatti on the other hand was coming off two spectacular wins and was rejuvinated by McGirt's training!

I don't agree that Cotto or Pac would've have done the same to Gatti in 2005! Cotto & Pac are both hittable & were even moreso back then! Gatti hit like a ton of bricks & he'd eventually catch them! I'm not saying he's def win, but no way is it what some on here think and I think he'd have a good chance at beating & poss KOing both guys back in 2005!

Gatti- coming off two impressive wins goin into the fight w/Floyd

Cotto- coming off a brutal beating to Margo & an unimpressive close win against Clottey goin into the fight w/Pac!!

Mayweathers performance v Gatti was absolute perfection. I think he would have done a similar job on Cotto had he ever faced him (maybe not quite so dominant).
