It is easy to put all the blame on Floyd. He is an easy target. But, we got to look at the bigger picture here. Arum hates Floyd. Arum has Manny Pacquiao the biggest star in boxing. The guy makes money whoever Pac fights. He doesn't need Floyd to make money. Manny does it for him. Arum gonna ride that shite as long as he can.

Becasue ONE SIDE started this whole thing based on an accusation. The NSAC even said they would consider the testing had Floyd approacked them about it. WHy didn't he take that route? WHy do to the press first? Could have handled it like a pro, but did instead like a brat.

Does it matter how quick they can make an IN HOUSE fight for Pac is Floyd keeps saying no? Seriously, what does that matter? :huh

Did PBF say no the first time? Hell no he didn't he was still trying to make the fight happen. Pac ran off and got a fight with Clottey, a fight no one demanded I might add.

Yeah, TR doesn't want the fight depite being the only side TRYING to make it happen.

Does Floyd want the fight? Answer that. And if you think he does, based on what?

The fight was DEAD in the water. Are they suppoed to keep waiting on Floyd when they are tying to make a fight happen?

WHo cares how fast they made an in house fight. That doesn't mean **** when Pac. vs. May was done and obviously not getting made.:patsch

Anybody see that new report that PBF got a formal criminal complaint against him stemming from poking that security guard?

I really would like to know if the guy is using his legal problems as an excuse to fighting Pacquiao. I don't know if this guy suddenly developed Anti-social Personality Disorder over night...interpretation is left to the rest of us.

I bet it's better to have a motivated, hungry and talented Mayweather than the one who says he's on vacation.

is everyone in here fkn ******ed? what about " take the tests and we fight, no test no fight. " is so hard to understand lol God i must be a total idiot to think u all are fkn serious, i hope the people in here r just bored and ****ing around when they vote on these polls and not being serious cuz my God its ridiculous .. at least vote the majority for it being both parties faults, but for it to be a land slide like that, .. again im an idiot for even being bothered by that but its so absurd (however the fk u spell it), that i just couldnt stay quiet... now if we are gonna be extremely technical here, about the " currently " then id have to say BOTH, pac just had a fight so he cant go, but its his fault for taking the fight not mayweathers, and Mayweathers fault for being whereever the fk he is at right now

Pac did say what you want him to say. There is another test right after the fight.

Besides, this testing is just a Floyd requirement. Do you blame Pac if he doesn't agree to all the demands of Floyd? Floyd should have not demanded those unnecessary tests in the first place.

...Says Uncle Bob, who was called out for lying through his ****ing teeth by the arbitrator in the first negotiations...The same Uncle Bob who got caught red handed trying to bribe the IBF...The same Uncle Bob who's being sued for hiding profits from all of his in-house Pacquiao fights...And yep, the same Uncle Bob whose most famous quote is "yesterday I was lying but today I'm telling the truth". There go some FACTS for that ass.

Bob Arum is the one who walked away from the negotiations. Like it or not, that's a fact. Since then all he's done is come back with the same **** that both sides couldn't agree on in the first place despite Manny publicly agreeing to everything Floyd & GBP stipulated.
