That's just like the Ottke KO. The punch that produced it was so **** that you wonder if it was a dive. Well, actually I guess that was better than the Ottke punch. But it still looks wierd.

Unheralded Garth Wood (10-1-1, 6 KOs) just knocked out two-time world champion Anthony Mundine (40-4, 24 KOs) in the fifth round of a middleweight bout in Sydney, Australia on Wednesday night. A left hook finished Mundine.

No, it seems your mistaken. Mundine was unpopular because of his mouth, but was highly regarded.

 

Let's give Mundine that shot at Pac and Calderon he was shouting out for. What a collosal *****. Best of all possible outcomes, make you believe in divine providence.

 

when you learn how to fight by watching Roy Jones or chickens and arent the fastest man on the planet, these kind of things happen.

 

Unfortunately the answer is yes. Don't get me wrong, there's plenty here that have been laughing at him for years now, but the media hardly reports on serious boxing matches at all and there is a consciousness amongst the lay public that guys like Mundine and Green are actually legitimate, world class fighters because they are pretty much the only fighters you here about (with the exception of the odd Fenech, Tszyu, Pac or Floyd story).

It's an embarrassment and an indictment on our country and I have to tell you, I feel embarrassed to say that I'm a boxing fan down here because the first thing I'll be asked is a question about fools like Mundine and Green.

 

Getting knocked out by a club fighter , i dont know how he can come back from this. Personally I kind of like Mundine .

You should give it to the guy for calling out Pac before the fight.
