the NSW sports authority would not sanction Mundine Vs Castillo a few years ago. they had to move it to Queensland. if it gets them a headline, they may stop the Wood fight going ahead.

 

Why stop the Wood fight?? The contender fights were based in NSW.. The entire event was for the sake of the winner fighting Mundine for $$$$..

I watched this Wood kid in the contender Semi Final and although his bottle can't be faulted he will be hoplessly outclassed v World class operators bullying up on him , Mundine should have left the domestic level post Green fight not beating blokes like this up , infact no diss here to Woods but if this bout was offered up in South East Asia the world and his dog would be up in arms screaming Mismatch with a possible fatal outcome , bad for the sport in general this .
