ONe thing is sure. His face is rounder, presumably from his increase in weight. At lower weights he had really sharp, protruding cheeks bones because his face was so skinny.

Manny has put on weight in his face because he's put on weight throughout his whole body. If you put on 20 - 30lbs. you'll gain weight in your face too. Thats how it works... the amount of weight you'll gain in your face depends on your genetics.
