ok us athletes know that when you keep, training constantly and vigorously, you're body doesn't have the time to recover. Go and bench press everyday and tell me if you get any stronger. You get stronger after the workouts when you rest up and let your body recover. In the 20 month layoff he let his hands heal up and all the other parts of his body heal up also and come back stronger

Are you ****ing serious. You have to cycle PED's. You do it while in training. You don't take **** everyday while walking around eating hamburgers and drinking soda and **** and not training. Floyd took the damn test with Mosley and passed the tests. Thats a fact. If Manny is cheating its during his training for the fight and then he would cycle it out of his system. Now that its out of the system he reaps the benefits on fight night then passes the post fight test. Get real dude. SO IF MANNY ASKED FLOYD TO TAKE RANDOM TESTING HOW WOULD YOU FEEL ABOUT THAT?

This doesn't even make any sense, because Pac's defense is that Floyd doesn't want to fight him because he doesn't have the urge. According to this then, how can Pac prove that he's clean when Floyd doesn't want to fight him? By testing before one of his next fights, that's how. Someone posted earlier that Pac would even do between rounds testing. If so confident then, why not do it for the Mosley fight, just like Floyd did?

 

Hydroxycut isn't banned so that guy is wrong. I would know because I take Hydroxycut and have the bottle in my kitchen cabinet, it contains no Ephedra.

one weekbefore Floyd Mayweather, Jr and Shane Mosley collide at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, no announcement by the regulating bodies on how they will act if one or both fighters are found positive of steroids or performance enhancing drugs.

Undefeated American boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr will face fellow American boxer Shane Mosley on Saturday in what appears to be the biggest boxing event of the year.

But with barely a week left before fight night, no test result, whether positive or negative, has been made public about the controversial blood and urine tests that Floyd Mayweather Jr has initiated in the guise of cleaning up the sports.

When will the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) release the findings of the test? Will the agency withhold the test results until the night of the fight? Or will they allow the fight to take place and deal with the result later after the fight?

No details have been made public so far by the anti-doping agency.

But the bigger question is, what if one or both of them are found positive of steroids or performance enhancing drugs? In the case of Mosley he admitted having used drugs at some point of his boxing career. Boxing fans say Mayweather Jr may have done the same before.

So what happens now if they are found positive? Will they abort the fight after their promoters collected millions of dollars in ticket sales and pay-per-view subscriptions? Good if the tests will come out negative of steroids or performance enhancement drugs so there will be no problem at all and the fight should continue.

It would appear at this time that both camps have assumed that they will pass the tests despite insinuations that they used drugs at some points in their boxing career

The Nevada Sports Athletic Commission (NSAC) has not been vocal about the on-going USADA blood and urine tests being done on Mayweather Jr and Mosley. Again the question is paused: What happens if USADA says one or both boxers are found positive of illegal drugs? Will NSAC still give its approval seal for the fight to take place on Saturday?

There are so many questions to ask the regulating agencies with regards to the timing of the drug tests announcement results.

Unless these questions are properly addressed, the public will continue to ask questions and doubt the credibility of the sports regulating agencies.

But if he’s truly “saving” the sport then why haven’t we heard any tangible details about his drug tests? If he’s truly on a “drug crusade”, then why haven’t we heard how many times he’s been tested before the fight with Mosely?

As of today, I have been unable to find any credible sources that tell how many times Floyd Mayweather Jr has been ‘randomly’ tested. In fact, Floyd’s own adviser Leonard Ellerbe doesn’t even know:

UMM they said both guys passed the test and and even said how many blood and urine test were giving. WOULD YOU DO FULL RANDOM TESTING FOR 25 TO 50 MILLION DOLLARS? YES OR NO
