    Another Great guess, But the boxer I am looking for was awarded the Championship the same day he lost it. Meaning that he was awarded it before he entered the ring, then lost it before he left it.

    None of the above.

    This boxer was awarded the championship when the champion was stripped of his title then the boxer went into the ring and lost that same Championship, all on the same day.

    The Champion that was stripped stated that he was injured and couldn't fight, But the Doctor for the Commission said that his injury wasn't that bad and that he was physically able to go a head with the bout.
