they were prime barrera and marquez at 126 and pac fought them back-to-back when pac was just a coming up fighter and sort of green skill-wise.
you saying Barrera and Marquez were passed their prime when Pac moved up to 126 and fought them back to back? lol just goes to show, Pac could beat Floyd 10 times and would still get no credit haters will always find a way to hate.
Look, the guy is a ****ing coward ladyboy that doesnt have enough guts to face the man he knows will beat him.. I've been saying this for two ****ing years now(check my stats).... Sergio Martinez is the ONLY man right now CAPABLE of beating FMJ.
another one who thinks a 29 year old Barrera was shot and that Marquez was passed his best in 2004 atsch
Post of the year. This should end this thread, be posted in every flaming thread started on this board and should end those threads too.
In that respect Pac has won more robberies than Sven Ottke. Barrera beat him(**** ref. Barrera floored him) Morales Beat him Marquez arguably beat him twice(yet now he needs to "earn" his shot?....Explain that to me?
I was just thinking the same thing a minute or two ago, when i started to think my posts to realizm was a waste of time and effort to ne discussing his hating posts. I fully appreciate the wisdom of the simple logic of boxbox:deal.
This content is protected by Steve Lewis "Prior to Pacquiao-Barrera I, Barrera was the heavy favorite, still ranked among the top pound-for-pound. Result: Pacquiao TKO win. Monday Morning QuarterbacksÂ’ excuse: Barrera was already old, had battled Erik Morales, distractions in camp, had a metal plate in his head (years prior to the fight!), etc. Apparently, all those excuses did not prevent people from favoring Pacquiao before the fight. Again, hindsight is 20/20. Barrera evidently was not too old to still remain in the pound-for-pound rankings, evidently still had enough in the gas tank to subsequently win against the likes of Paulie Ayala, Erik Morales (again), Robbie Peden, and Rocky Juarez. But apparently, he was already too old for Pacquiao, a justification after the fact."
Posters like RealIzm really turn me away from this forum. Dunno why you guys bother to feed such troll like posting.
:-( Who said I was a hater? You should know fighters that come from lighter divisions like Morales, Barrera, JMM, etc their primes are in their 20's, not their 30's. Fighters from the lower weight divisions also have shorter careers. With the exception of Pacman, of course. Put up a poll I ain't bullshitting you. Barrera, JMM, and Morales were all past their primes when they fought with Pacman. Morales in his case was worn out from the wars with Barrera, Pacquiao, and countless others. It's clear in his loss to Raheem. I don't see how that is hating when it's pretty clear. I ain't dissing Pacman, but he didn't beat the best versions of Barrera, Morales, or JMM neither. That's a fact. Junior Jones he destroyed a prime Barrera.:good
