    Mike Tyson was at his best,,,,,,,,

    When he was robbing little old Grandma's in the elevators in Co-Op City.
    Not one Grandma ever laid a pocket book or cane on him.
    He was one tough thug.

    Larry Merchant to Don King;
    'Don, I know you have promotional rights to both Michael Dokes and
    Mike Weaver. Will there be a re-match'.

    I had a mate constantly telling me that Lewis and Tyson fought twice, once previously in the 90s. It turns out he was thinking of Frank Bruno, but not before he'd brought it up on multiple occasions

    "Lennox would KO any version of tyson in about 4 rounds"

    Has anybody been to the Hagler Vs Calzaghe thread? theres some *******s there

    "joe doesn't get k.o!, fact, might get put down, but gets stright back up, wins a close decsion, both great fighters!, end of story! "

    Same poster
    "joes 2 fast 4 marvin, tough fight, yes but joe finds a way 2 win as always, the man refused 2 lose! "

    "Calzaghe would win quite convincingly. He is too fast, to much volume, to evasive.
    He would school that boy. "

    "Calzaghe would lacy Hagler and I think its pretty clear if you watch their fighting styles. "

    "he beat who had 2, jones didnn't want 2 fight any1 decent, and hopkins pulled out of a fight years b4 they got it on and thats a fact!, i think hagler is awsome and a true warrior, but joe would find a way 2 win, joe could always raise his game and find another level, by the way ure avatar is class! "

    "Haglers wins are against overblown opponents.
    Hearns/Duran/Leonard(had hagler up by 1)
    Calzaghe beat them all, and at his late age he was destroying them "

    The most dumbest post ever has to be

    "Tyson is overrated, he made a career out of beating bums and then getting knocked out by them"

    From a Wladmir Klitschko fan

    Larry Merchant to Don King;
    'You know, its the same thing over and over for years, never changing.'
    'Don't you think the boxing fans are sick and tired of this'.

    Don King counters;
    'Larry, are you talking about yourself again'

    Literally yesterday from a girl at work when we (a few of us) were discussing the upcoming St. Pierre vs. Koscheck fight in UFC: "Didn't the best boxer in the world lose recently though to Couture?"

    I had to explain about Toney being out of shape, out of prime, and it not being a serious fight.... All you can do sometimes is shake your head.
