Could this fight happen when both men are beyond their primes? Is it possible any of these fighters will fight on too long like many greats of the past? It does look unlikely but you never know in boxing. :bbb

  2. mayweather will never fight on like that hes to smart pacquiao might seeing as all the peds hes been fed may have tampered with his brain a bit

  3. 2017 is ****ing ridiculous.

    2015 is more realistic.

    :rofl

I know i pushed it a bit there. I just have a feeling at least one of these two will fight longer than expected and get crushed when they are past their best. I'm not saying it's something i want to see but when you look at history there is a good chance. Bookmarked for 2017!

LMAO Pac will probably still weigh in as a welterweight and Floyd will come in looking like the current james toney.

Floyd will still be in shape years after he retires. He will still think he is the best years after he retires. At least one of these guys will take a fight too far im sure of it.

Cash and fame. Both will be past their best and 2017 is a little bit silly i realise that. I just think this fight will be talked about for years if it never happens. If Pacquiao and Mayweather are not doing well financially a few years down the line then they both well may take the fight if a ridiculous offer comes their way.

I know this sounds a bit silly. I just have a felling this fight is going to happen, but not when both men are at the peak of their powers.

I agree, but listening to Ariza, they are going to keep Manny at 147 for the reason you mentioned....I have no doubt he could be competitive against Martinez for the lineal MW title...If he were to win that, now you're talking top 15 ATG....

Martinez is gonna be a tough fight for Pacquiao because of his speed and power but skill wise, I don't see a reason why Pac will not be able to beat martinez.

Roach has been saying that he won't let Pac fight a fighter he knows Pac can't beat.

    That also includes Mayweather.
