The bloke from Ghana couldn't fight.

 

Hard not to look masterful, for someone of Kell's ability, against someone as open as Kotey was.

 

well...maybe the term afrobum should be reinstated after that

 

I find it staggering some of you are not impressed with Kel Brook.

If you know your boxing you will realise that sometimes a fighter can make an opponent look a lot more ordinary than normal. This happens because the fighter is exceptional and that is exactly what Kel Brook is.

People should applaud Brook not slate an absolutely excellent performance.

 

Kell is a very impressive fighter with very unimpresive opponents...if he honestly intends to fight for world titles next year he could certainly do with better opposition than this at this stage of his career on a bill such as tonight....pretty sure Warren could have found a credible opponent who would have offered Brook something different to what he has faced so far in his career and who would have given us a better idea of where he is on the world stage....lots of domestic fighters could have looked special tonight.

 

Yeah, totally awful match but Brook is very good.

 

Complete joke of a fight. A match up that made some of Amir Khans ITV primetime "contests" look close...

 

kotey wasn't anything. good performance by kell. but when you have the guy reeling after a jab then it's a bit worrying, but shouldn't be judged on the whole ghanian boxing circuit. it's andy bell or kevin mcintir under a green red and gold flag
