Alot tougher than it should have been, boxers have these fights and off nights so wouldnt rule him out on that alone
Personally felt he lost that by a round. He initiated far to much holding and never really put any mustard on shots. Other guys defence and offense was far better (look at Macklin's face) and felt Varon was the Ring General tonight.

It was a bad performance. Lacked sharpness and he looked knackered from round 3. Still wouldn't rule him out against Sturm or Sylvester though. Macklin at his best could give both of them a tough fight. Martinez/Pirog/Golovkin would smoke him.
