Maidana prove he's a great puncher other wise Khan would stand in the middle of the ring instead of running like a s1ssy. Khan ran and Hold so many times i lost count. And If Maidana isn't a great puncher then Khan chin is the worst i have ever seen cause he was an inch of being tko or ko in the 10th.

When Khan felt those shots, he ran like a s1ssy and then was holding on for dear life. Khan is lucky and i mean lucky he survive the 10th round.

first off JOE CORTEZ won this fight for CON...he trew an elbow late in the fight and joe just warned him not including the 8 warnings for pushing maidanas head down and punching him...i give CON credit for hanging tough but honestly if joe wasnt breaking up the clinches that maidana was abusing CON in the fight wouldve ended in the 10 or 11th...overall great nite of boxing but darchinyan and ortiz both got robbed...maidana deserved at the very least a draw i didnt see Con winning this fight...good nite esb family

You cannot take any credit away from Khan. Are you even mentally stable, Maidana is the biggest puncher in the division, why on earth would any boxer stand in front of him and trade with him? This is not a street fight!!

I don't know if he won the event but Maidana proved to be a total badass tonight. It was a very close fight and Khan was straight up running scared after feeling his power. Round 10 was 10-8 easy.

I see your points. I must admit, I am disappointed in Khan's performance from a boxing standpoint. I feel he should have dominated Maidana with the edges he had in speed, skill and range. On the other hand, I though he showed improvements in the toughness and chin departments.
As for Maidana, I agree his stock rose somewhat considering the obstacles facing him.
Maidana was getting ripped pretty badly by Khan. It looked like a mismatch thru the 1st couple of rounds. And somehow, he managed to push a far superior fighter to the brink. He pressured Khan until he almost folded. But he didn't. Props to both guys.

Khan won. It's like scoring 10 runs in the 1st inning and you give up 9 runs in the later innings in a baseball game. You still win the game 10-9.

Didn't Khan said he'll ko Maidana badly? Didn't Khan said he will stand with Maidana to prove he doesn't have a glass chin? Khan didn't do those at all in this fight. He won it cause he was throwing faster punches by running away like a s1ssy and clinch so many times. Martinez who is not a brawler got WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY more guts then glass jaw queen Con.
