Im not talking about the late rounds where he was hurt and I agree he didnt know what to do.. but there was a time in the mid rounds where he did the same sort of thing Pac did with Cotto and Margo and square up with a high guard and stop throwing and intentionally let them get a few through. I think he was having such great success early he wanted to prove a point he could take the power the same way pac does. I wish I could remember the round but he wasnt hurt by it, It could of been anywhere from round 4 to 7 I dont remember.

Hes only emulating him defensively. Offensive wise they are completely different from each other.

Khan who perhaps has the most fragile chin at the elite level took some heavy flush shots from probably the hardest puncher P4P in the sport right now and survived. What more are you all asking of him?

I've created many threads. On a forum though, you see, you're there to comment. It's not actually considered a negative to comment on other people's threads because it's actually part of how an In-ter-net- for-um works. :tired It's good to understand that if you're going to post here. :thumbsup

Khan is a fast S.O.B, he's a flashy boxer but he doesn't have that edge, he doesn't have a killer instinct, he was so much faster than Maidana and i thought he should have put more of a beating on Marcos.

Khan's defence is pretty horrible and why Khan stop going to the body after dropping Maidana is beyond me, at times Maidana looked like he didn't wanna get off the stool and to come back to hit Khan with looping bomb after bomb made for a great fight.

This was a close fight and a deducted point away from being a majority draw, Maidana made this a very close fight all without dropping Khan, Khan has a long way to go in his claim to be the best at 140, i think the winner of Bradley vs Alexander is the best at 140.

I hope Khan is smarter than his fans and improves after tonight. He already proved tonight that he can take a few hard shots. Time to work on being slick.

Would you rather Khan be a Floyd Mayweather Jr. wanna be by hitting women and security guards while on vacation looking for your "urge"?

Calm down Curtis Blow.... don't go into labor on me. Nobody said that commenting was a "negative". Just seems to me that if you're soo seasoned at responding to other peoples threads, as well as criticizing the quality of those threads, that you'd be just as seasoned at creating them.

You know...to criticize the quality of other peoples threads and not have any of your own is a ***** move. But you said you "created many". Obviously they're buried behind dozens of others and I didn't see them.

Consider making more threads Curtis. And oh... anytime I see a thread that doesn't interest me I continue looking until I find one that does. You should do the same.

I rather not see fighters I support take punishment that they don't need to take. It's not like guys like you will do anything to help fighters once they're suffering from too much brain damage.

I guess Khan continuously pushing Maidana's head down with his elbow is a legal tactic, he may as well added some clinches here and there, he also kept holding Maidana's arm throughout the fight and ran for the last 3 or 4 rounds, it was a good fight and the right man won 113-112, not a good score considering he's the far superior boxer and his trainer said Maidana wouldn't win a round, Cortez saved Khan's career tonight, Khan should give him 40% of his purse.
