First of all, well done Amir Khan. You proved you can take a punch and showed heart. However, that was not a good performance at all. He dropped 5 rounds at least to a crude slugger. His defence was terrible. I scored it 113-113 without Cortez' fraudulent point deduction. Notice how when Maidana was on Khan and working with the upper cuts and body shots old Cortez would step in and break them up, it was a disgrace and clearly favoured Khan. Not saying Cortez was purposefully biased, or bought, but his actions clearly favoured Khan. I watched on Sky and they couldn't speak enough about Khan's "terrific performance." That was strange to me. He dropped many rounds to a guy with little skills and nearly got taken out. I think we need a rematch here. Can the WBA order a rematch?
I scored it 113-113 without Cortez' fraudulent point deduction - Clearly a HATER, maidana clearly tried to elbow Khan, so that makes Cortez an a-hole for getting hit by that elbow then deducting a point? Ppl like you see anything you want to dis-credit a fighter. Why cant ppl say it was a great fight, showed Khan is good, not good enough for Mayweather-pacman etc and even though it was a good perfomance he still showed alot of vunerability in there but showed alot of heart! What is up with you guys hating, for **** sake give the man some props. Before the fight you all said first time Maidana lands Khan will be in a coma, when he doesnt, oh its the ref - he is overated. **** off and just enjoy the fight without all your bull**** negativity!
Well khan did deserve the win and maidana deserves a lot of respect as well. he is no average brawler. But cortez did a bad job in there.

I agree to an extent. But I did say, Cortez won't let them fight. It should have been expected at the least. About the Skills thing... It doesn't matter. The power of these guys demoralises you and you drop to their level and do what they do until you either get sparked out or whatever. It's called fighting on heart and instinct.

You were wrong too Lazarus. I was right about Khan's defence. I knew he was gonna get hit. Who could have known his chin would have drastically improved? Honestly, if you knew Khan was gonna get as hit as much as he did last night you would have put your mortgage on him getting taken out.
