Just watched the 10th again. Madness

I think his heart was a big a factor as his chin in staying up last night. Khan was even smiling near the end of the 10th after being BATTERED for 2 minutes. Amazing turnaround.

i think people on internet msgboards exagerate on his chin. The wind from a Maidana's punch ALONE would knock them out!

    friggin keyboard warriors!

are you suggesting what i think your suggesting :think

    Khan on PED's :blood

Imo its all down to the weight gain and training with his coaches Roach and Ariza. Pac and Khan both look like animals and are enjoying going up in weight. I honestly dont think Khan would be where he is today had he not moved to the wild card.

I'm suggesting its slightly weird on the face of it. I was expecting him to take a couple of digs if he had to, but that wasn't the case. He took loads of shots. The old legs and the 5lbs in weight has a lot to account for going from being badly hurt by fighters with 20% KO records to Maidana.

Look, I'm not saying what they are or aren't doing without evidence, I'm saying I wouldn't like to dive much deeper into it. Like with anything in boxing you never know what ya might find.

The improvement in durability of Pac and now Khan is something I've never seen before in fighters, especially older ones like Manny. Generally in the past fighters would move up and be vulnerable to lesser fighters, not bulletproof against ten times better fighters at a higher weight.

Whatever the reason behind it I fear for Manny's health and now Amir's. He was absolutely twatted in that tenth round and I couldn't believe he came out for the eleventh.

Whatever, Khan has all the heart in the world.

Tigers are restricted to the boundaries of East Asia, there aren't any in South America, Europe. Only the ones in captivity.

The improvement in his chin was immense, from going down to feather fisters to takng punches from Maidana, and quite a few of them.

Thanks Terry Nutkins. That was kinda my point. Darni specified the origin of the Tiger for a reason and that reason was to illicit some kind of racial resonance. Fortitude is fortitude regardless of any other factors.

that 10th round was brilliant.i never would have expected khan to get through that let alone the flush shots he was taking throughout the fight anyway

One thinks Bradley or Alexander will be demanding Olympic style testing for the next match....

his legs were like twigs when he was at 135 now there like tree trunks hes also taking some of the steam out of shoyts by riding them a little , hes also keepin g his chin tucked in to take some of the force away add this to not being drained at the weight and musle mass on the neck

you have your answer , its amazing and brilliant

I too did momentarily wonder how this turnaround could have happened, and was thinking of Pac and looking at Ariza at the time. The thing is What PEDs can give you a stronger chin? never heard of anything illegal that could do that. maybe it is just Ariza's strength and conditioning training and the additional weight. His poweres of recovery in particular impressed me which is a sure sign of tip top fitness and his legs are considerably thcker wjich also obviously helps. Great performance from Khan and hopefully this will shut a few on here up
