Its not hate. Its pointing out flaws. Topic of discussion nothing more. Very talented, skilled fighter, with a poor defense right now.

Khan would probably shut Bradley out. Mismatch. Bradley is a limited boxer and hittable.

Yes Bradley is more proven. But i see kahn beating his ass. Stylewise Alexander is a tougher fight. I see Alexander knocking Kahn out. But I doubt he gets by Bradley.

I see it the exact opposite. Alexander matches up far favorably for Khan then Bradley.

Bradley is going to be a tough fight for Khan. Very tough. Doesnt stop, excellent defense, and can match him in hand and foot speed.

Not just talking about this tread. Looking at ESB as a whole hatting on Kahn, instead of giving him his props for not going down. Yes he ran, yes he held. But thats where there suppose to do when your hurt. He still has a long way to go. But I see improvments.

Bradley is fast and will land clean. But i dont see him having the power to beat Khan. But I do see it as a close fight on the cards. I just see khan being to faster and stronger to take that fight.

I'm a big Khan fan first and foremost but like you, though I was entertained and happy Khan got the victory, he still has a lot of creases in his game to iron out.

Sitting on his punches, when he was hurt he no longer wanted to throw, his inside game and high guard with no movement. Whilst Khan is still as popular as ever for me (even more so),I have lost a little confidence in his capabillities of taking on the true elite. I really thought Khan would have had more in his jab and arsenal to stop Maidana coming forward like he could.

But truth be told he didn't win this fight with a dominating or technically polished performance that left Khan puffing out his chest and declaring himself as invincible. In contrast it was however an entertaining, heroic display of guts, will and determination to succeed whilst staring defeat in the face. So based on that I have mixed views and feelings towards the win. I do still beleive that if Khan can use the negatives in this fight and learn from them, then Khan can go on to be pound for pound Champ.

But one thing is for sure,if Khan had not suffered that crushing loss to Prescott, then he would of been knocked out in that 10th round or even earlier against Maidana. Which is further testament to Khan and Roach, for a first class display in how far a boxer can come through experience and having the rare abillity to turn a negative into a possitive.

Just ask a certain Lacey on how hard a learning curve that can be ;)

    Well said. :good

Khan is an entertaining, skilled, incredibly fast fighter with heart. Nobody can question that.

At the end of the day however thats only half of the side of the coin you need to be an ATG. Without defense, awareness and the ability to make the necessary adjustments he wont achieve that goal.

However he is only 24 so he has a long way to go yet.

I agree. He kept getting caught by the winging overhand right, and as for his inside game, well, it doesn't exist. How many uppercuts did he take?

It was a pretty good performance from kun with maidana showing a lot of heart as well but kun has quite a few holes in his defence and was sloppy at times. But some of his combinations are excellent. Bradley and kun look top of the pile at 140 at the moment anyways, wtf was merchant talking about telling us devon was top at 140?? huh did he not see his last fight where he got a gift in his hometown and was pretty easily dominated by a guy any elite fighter should comfortably beat, like kun himself did, that guy is sinile and his laugh and smirk are something else, hes a cheerleader

If anyone noticed, Roach was not pleased with Khan's performance. He was slightly embarrassed (see various interviews floating around).

Khan looked great in the first 5 rounds. Had he kept that up, I'd have a hard time picking Bradley to beat him.

But Bradley is one of those guys who gets underestimated. Perhaps because he's 5'6 with no KO power. But the guy can is an athlete and he is a winner.

    I think Bradley-Khan is a 50/50 fight right now.

He showed a great heart, but his defense was ****, and where was the jab? He hardly used it, he needs to improve alot and listen to Roach more. Other than that, well done, he will get better.

    Good thread. I agree.

I do believe Khan's tallent is sky high though.

Roach should be able to correct his defensive flaws. He needs to recognize that Khan needs some fundamental change...and not negotiate....

But that man has got some missles...

The whole world is floored by Khan's chin.
