Were goldenboy unhappy with the Khan v Maidana result?

I'm positive they fancied Maidana to win. Why was Maidana given a longer interview in the ring and why was he given 7 minutes in the post fight conference where khan had just over a minute?

 

No Khan is their new golden boy, Maidana was threatening to leave without giving an interview

No way in hell they wanted Maidana to win. They didn't even want Khan to fight him.

 

Why would they want the guy who will probably make them the most money out of all their fighters to lose?

difference is that pac has a great chin, he can afford to eb a little reckless when he is way up on the card, allthough it certainly isnt smart, he wants to entertain the people . Amir can´t and could end up in great trouble like what happened againts maidana.

 

Indeed. With this fight in mind we know Khan can stack it away, but we shouldn't forget he barely made it (Never expected that by the way).
He can't fight as Pac, so he probably can never be as entertaining. Against boxers with some power he has to stay on his toes all the time, just like before this bout. Khan's stock went up saturday night, but not much has changed in the big picture.

 

Well to me it seems he can take a better punch at 140 but it is certainly best for him to avoid getting in those kind of situations. Khan can be entertaining but it depends who he fights. Guys like kotelnik,malignaggi and bradley he can let go and look great in those fights because they are not a threat to his chin. When he faces a pressurefighter or a guy with power he needs to box smart and forget about pleasing the crowd.
But it does seem khan is learning a lot from pac, in the ring and out the ring as well. I think at the moment 140 is perfect for him, just avoid the maidana rematch for now and I favor him over alexander/bradley.

 

With Khan's much-anticipated move up to 147 on the cards for the future, will that improve his punch resistance further?

Do we believe the hype that Khan's previous poor chin was due to him struggling to get down to 135 back against Prescott, Gomez etc?
