can people who scored khan maidana a draw please explain why?

Anyone scoring that fight a draw is abit Special

 

dont think it mattered if khan had ko'd maidana with that body shot. people would still of given the decision to maidana!!!

 

I'm sure a few would have come on here suggesting he took a dive anyway if he hadn't had got up from that shot.

IMO, even with giving Maidana 10-8 in the 10th (which I did), I don't see how Khan didn't win this fight. Giving Maidana the benefit of the doubt in every close round, I still come out to 113-112 Khan.

 

well he 100% won round 8

 

No both rounds were quite close in r4 Maidana did well using the jab for the first minute Khan eased up and kept running then Khan landed like three 1-2 combinations and Maidana scored some telling shots and stunned him with several uppecuts. In the 11th Maidana was hunting for Khan without much success and Khan kept running and occasionally pot shotting for like two mins then Khan landed two good 1-2´s and ate some uppercuts in exchange when Maidana cut him off had him on the ropes and another telling one at the end of the round so both of these rounds could easily be scored in Maidanas favor in recognition of the damage he caused

 

Personally, I thought a case could made for Maidana winning narrowly too. I scored it 113-112.

113-113 Draw if you don't score that onsided ass whipping known as the 10th round a 10-8 round for Maidana.

One of 2 points give or take is understandable but I think alot of people don't know, and just assume shots land when coming from a fast straight flurry. Maidana's shots were just easy to see the second half of that fight.

I didn't have a scorecard but I came away thinking Khan had it won by maybe 2-3 points. It was a damn close fight in the end...Khan was almost out.

 

they still can accept the reality that khan is better :hat

My exact score, but I don't think Maidana won the fight, I felt the draw was the "proper" decision(no one deserved to leave as the loser to me) but if someone told me to break the draw, the nod goes for Khan. I think I've explained it enough here, so you can go and see it, thanks for having the guts to show your card because no one who gave Maidana the victory or a draw came here to defend their position, I was the only who came to defend my position on the draw. On the flurries thing I totally agree, a lot of people got fooled by that.
