let's keep in mind Khan is faster than Bradley and Alexander. Now Maidana walked down Khan and kept in footspeed pretty much....can Bradley and Alexander bang or run from Maidana.....would be interesting fights.

  3. This right mother****in' here.

Your problem was just like you said, you expected too much from Khan and not enough from Maidana. You should rate Maidana higher after this fight...and you shouldn't have had Khan rated #1 in the first place.

I was impressed with both fighters, thats the type of fight we need.

I'm not sure anyone in the division is going to beat Khan on the cards. Can only see him being beat by KO, and the chances of that are slimmer after Saturday's evidence.

Why not? Maidana was weakened by a body shot from round 1, given a point deduction and if not for that it would been a draw, and also the luxutry of being up on the cards allowed Khan to play safe and run.

would you say that khans victory over maidana is better than any victory on bradley or alexanders resume?

who do you think has the best resume out of khan, bradley, alexander and why?

Then you need a head exam lol. But seriously why you don't rate Maidana like giving him huge respect? Mostly everyone thought Ortiz will easily beat him but it wasn't the case. And alot of people including me thought Maidana beat Kotelnik.

I won't get into it because ppl on this board want to destroy you god forbid you have a different opinion. Let's just say for a straight forward fighter coming at Khan at all times his boxing skills less than impressed me. I see good things he does but all together i see many guys at 140 that could put him in deep waters. he is just overrated right now. Seems like a great kid and I hope he keeps improving.

I think this fight will prove to be Khan's most difficult in the next 12 - 24 months, unless a Mayweather / JMM fight comes off.

I don't see Bradley or Alexander causing him as many problems.

well he cant really box and i think his power is over rated. he gets a bit of credit from the khan fight for getting up from the body shots, but im still not convinced he is a top fighter at 140.

The only knocks I had on him is that his defense and discipline are not elite (both can be fixed). His chin stood up to the task at hand and I think it's safe to say that his chin isn't glass. His footspeed is good but does not match his handspeed. Still a very good fighter with good tools, but i think he needs to step outside the (technical) box and take his stuff to the next level.

i think bradleys victory over witter is the best on either resume.

resume-wise. i rate bradley and khan right at the top now.

bradley has beaten witter, holt, peterson
khan has beaten kotelnik, paulie, maidana.

pretty equal resume's to me them two.

definitely the case, for me he proved this against kotelnik anyways. i dont think he could stand shots off ortiz or judah, they would impress me.

Then ask Ortiz that question if Maidana punching power is overrated lol. Kotelnik even was like busted up in the Maidana fight. Khan was busted up too in the Maidana fight.
