I have to laugh at all the Khan nuthuggers acting like he doesn't have to rematch Prescott who knocked him silly in only 54 seconds.

Khan looks like a fool for not having an immediate rematch in this fight. This fight should have already happened instead Khan fought a bunch of feather fisted stiffs.

So for the Brits on here I guess McCall and Rahman should never have given Lennox a rematch?:rofl:patsch

Why not? If stupid fights like emmanue-marg can be made, this one shouldn't be held back. Difference between Amir and other guys who get KO'd when they were young, is that Amir already had all eyes on him. The brits would love to see their boy "redeem" himself.

Prescott lost to Miguel Vasquez, who is now the IBF lightweight champion....and he's defended that belt once since winning it.....In Breidis's last bout at lightweight he lost to Kevin Mitchell was 30-0 and a top rated contender before he lost a interim title shot against Micheal Katsidis....hardly push overs.

I'd handle my own business first and make sure I didn't get schooled by a British level blown-up super-featherweight. Prescott only has himself to blame. Maybe he should stop dreaming about Khan all-day and work his way into world title contention.

Would HBO be interested in this fight. May be Willie Limmond should call Khan out too saying he got a long count.

BG be;ieve me i trained with kevin mitchell, he was a great amateur but as a professional nothing special, i've seen him struggle with really poor domestic level fighters.

As a man how can you defend not putting the beats on the man who embarrassed you and knocked you the **** out in 58 seconds.

its all good if he decides to fight him but its tottally worthless when breidis presscot got schooled by slower, smaller fighters since then, khan has bigger fish to fry in devon alexander and/or tim bradley.

Mitchell was only highly-rated in the standings because the lightweight division is thread-bare and devoid of real talent at this point, and he was unbeaten. This is a guy who went life and eath with Carl Johanneson at 130 and had numerous wars against low level domestic-type opposition. We then saw what happened, he stepped up to world level against a Katsidis who did nothing for 2 rounds while he patiently figured Mitchell out and then had him out on his feet with the first good shot he landed. Mitchell isn't even B level at this point.

And Miguel Vasquez? who Prescott lost a close SD to....who is a champion....styles make fights, and Amir does still leave himself open, so I rematch would still be interesting.

Exactly. The "Khanqueror" has his number, and the KONman knows it. He knows that Prescott would shatter his glass jaw again into a million pieces!

i dont know about vasquez but mitchell is a very poor fighter.

presscot has less power and is slower than maidana, its a waste of time.

Prescott is totally insignificant right now.
