Yep, anyone who thinks Floyd would get destroyed is a tube. Floyd was awesome back down at 130 - 135.

I still believe Duran would take a decision because he was a machine at LW, but it wouldn't be anything near a blow out.

PBF is too good defensively and too smart to be blown out by Duran who he matches up well with I might add. Pea whitaker is a guy I could see PBF losing a wide UD against not Duran though.

Man I love watching that video..The skipping blew my mind I ended up showing my daughter, who plays tennis this skipping sequence..and well the rest if it, well that's for me..

The real problem for Floyd is he doesn't have anything to stop Duran with..so Duran's just going to keep coming forward until he hurts him, and sooner or later it would happen.

yeah exactly, Floyd can give Duran trouble with his style and speed, but Duran is the best 135 has to offer

Duran by decision, I think his strength & relentlessness inside with the body shots from all angles would win him the close rds, I dont see him stopping Mayweather who has 1 of the best defences of all time & I think he would frustrate Duran from the outside at times landing plenty of his own but I see Duran taking this on points.... if Duran shows up anything other than at his best then Mayweather will outslick him to a dull UD.

so it would take a brotha to beat a brotha, huh ???

    :rofl

if castillo did a 7-5 number on him....chavez and duran would do a 9-3 type of number on floyd......not a blowout, but a pretty nice UD if you ask me.....

Floyd doesn't have the power to hold Duran off.

I think you're looking too much into the Castillo fight since Floyd had a bad rotator cuff. You could see Floyd switching southpaw a few times in the fight because he couldn't use his jab like he wanted to and then you can even hear him complain about it between rounds

Pea's ATG jab, ring IQ, defense and counter-punching would give PBF fits. I don't know how many times I have to say that PBF thrives on pressure and aggression man. He has the ability to beat both JCC and Duran to the punch quite easily I might add the reach advantage and hit both pretty much when he wants to. I see Duran having a better chance because he had a better jab. But PBF can mix it up when he has to and fight off his back foot while wining rounds and he could do it for 12 rounds as well frustrating both.:deal I just don't see either one of them outboxing PBF and neither would KO him either so I have to go with PBF by UD over both.

Why do people keep bringing up that first JLC fight as if it has any bearing? PBF was injured going into that first JLC fight. We all saw what happened in the rematch when a healthy PBF won clearly a fact that PBF haters like yourself love to leave out.:deal

    Thats a tough one...

I vote against my favorite fighter in Duran in favor of idiot Mayweather..

Floyd got the skill and the quickness at 135 2 deal with everybody in History.

I say Floyd by a close, possibly somewhat disputed decision.

Given Duran's reputation, Floyd will probably require Duran to undergo DNA testing even before this mythical matchup can be discussed.
