Floyd Sr. has said twice now in recent interviews he doesn't want his son fighting Pacquiao, even if he takes the tests. So it's obvious this is about something bigger then drug tests. It's straight up fear

There are plenty of articles from the Mayweathers saying Manny hasn't accepted the full random blood testing. They state in all of these articles that the reason Floyd won't fight Manny is because Manny won't take the test

Floyd accepted a similar offer to fight someone else, who had more credentials, at that point and time. End of story.

Just more paranoia dude, that's all this is. And for the record, they ARE drug tested. Just becasue it's not Olympic style does NOT mean it isn't effective. You and all the other Floyd fans seem to think that way. If regular testing is so inefficient, why have others been caught before? WHy didn't floyd use this style for his career if he was so stringent it was the only way that worked?

You guys just cannot see that Floyd used this as a tool to end negotiations. Kiser even said had Floyd petitioned the NSAC, they'd consider it. And Arum said if that's what the commision wanted, theyd do it, since it was from THE COMMISION, not a paranoid boxer.
