Could Ali Punch With Power?

In 56 wins he has 37 wins by stopage. 23 of those are TKO's and 2 are retirements. The other 12 are full KO's.
In his first Career he was 29-0 with 23 wins by stopage. 15 were TKO's, 1 Retirement and 7 full KO's.
I think it is fair to say his power is often underrated, but compared to other heavyweights. I think it is also fair to say that he dose not have the same stopping power.

timing is the secret - folley was a perfectly timed shot to the jaw as was the left hook on bonavena. the funniest was williams flat out for the count and saved by the bell and then picked back up by the ref and his cornermen - was that legal lol. at his peak his timing/accuracy was top draw.
