ive just been watching a few old dvd's of roy, and i ****ing love that man....

ok he was around in an era when there wasnt a lot of really top drawer opposition for him, but ****inhell he could have fought in the boot of a car and made it look good!

i would personally love to see another boxer along the line's of RJJ, but sadly i just dont think it will happen.

what do you lot think, will we see anyone like RJJ again?....or am i missing out on some fighter out there that has the making's of ROY JONES JUNIOR?

    cheers.

You'll no doubt get a lot of revisionist haters on this thread who'll base their opinions on the last 6 years or so of Jones career. **** them. The boy could box.

    ATG for sure.

    Amazing Boxer.

Would he of beaten a prime Hagler though?

If he didn't get into that record label malarky and he retired after the Ruiz fight, we would be mentioning him in the top 10 ATG list for sure. But his carry on after that has diminished his legacy quite a bit.
