I had it 114-111 for Khan, so the scores would have been closer but Khan deserves the victory either way.

If Maidana didnt get a point deducted don't you think Khan would have increased his own aggression?

Khan knew he was up widely so took it easy last few rounds but if he didnt have that assurance do you think the fight would be the same?

There are a lot of other things that change when you change one factor of the fight just remember that

****, why don't you remove Khan's knockdown while you're at it.

Seriously, I can't believe people are disputing the decision to deduct a point, for a guy who blatantly went to elbow an opponent in the face. Just because he missed, it doesn't mean he should get away with it. The intent was there.

Did it every occur to you that maybe the KNOCKDOWN cost Maidana the fight? I guess no, haters gonna hate.

Not to mention, other than the legit knockdown and point deduction, if Khan hadn’t outboxed Maidana in the early rounds and in the 8 and 9th, Maidana could have easily got the win! Khan’s a lucky boy!

You guy's are totally missing the point. Maidana hit CORTEZ with the elbow, isn't anyone for giving him an extra point instead??

I'll defy it because for a start Khan comfortably won round 11. Maidana barely landed anything clean and was hit with multiple crisp, scoring punches and made to miss. Anyone who gives Maidana 11 clearly thinks that being aggressive is more important than actually landing scoring shots.

114-111 and that's giving Maidana a 10-8 in the tenth which you certainly don't have to do, plenty of fighters get beaten up for a minute of a round and do not get a 10-8. A 10-8 for a round with no knockdown is usually a thrashing from start to finish.

    So 114-111 or 114-110.
