How Will You Feel If Mayweather Ducks Pacquiao Again To Fight Khan?

Apparently Floyd Mayweather, Sr. and Roger Mayweather attended the Amir Khan vs Marcos Maidana fight. Some are speculating that the Mayweather pair went to scout out Khan as a future opponent.

Freddie Roach has also apparently said that a Khan-Mayweather fight could be made on the back end of 2011.

So, with these developments plus the information that Manny Pacquiao appears set to face Shane Mosley on May 7th, 2011 (and would thus apparently be free to fight Mayweather later in 2011), here's a question you can answer in the poll above and comment on below:

There seems to be some talk that such a proposed fight could take place in the UK. Since Mayweather has likely run out of opponents to face (besides Pacquiao) that the American public would take as serious threats, do you think that if this bout takes place in the UK that Mayweather would be trying to attach himself to another draw (as he did with ODLH, Gatti, Hatton) on that fighter's home turf? What do you think of Mayweather's doing so instead of his fighting the pound-for-pound best fighter in the world, Manny Pacquiao?

I really wanna see Khan vs Mayweather.

True passing of the torch type fight.

I think Khan can beat him.

if that happens, i don't know but i think i'll blame pac's camp moreso than floyd's. pac said he was willing to take the random blood tests, and since that's the only thing keeping the fight from happening, then it means no one's taking steps in pushing for the negotiations or the fight.

i dont think it would change anyones opinion who already has a negative opinion....

Most fans of Floyd think its suspect that Arum says he called Floyd's phone got no answer so he couldnt negotiate anything and immediately sought after Mosley for a fight....this is all within a month after fighting Margo...

point is...i dont think this really changes anything its pretty much the same boring ol merry-go-round right?

Not a chance, Mayweather is a class above Khan at this moment.

I just want Floyd to be inside a ring in '11.
(Which at this point is doubtful)

Right now, Floyd will whip Khan's ass.

I agree with LukeO, though. I would like to see them fight. I just don't think Khan is ready yet. And that could be why Team Floyd wants to get him in the ring now.

I disagree, although I would pick floyd to win, I think Khan has hand speed to hit his chin. Could be interesting and I do see Amir with a chance for the upset.

This isn't the Mayweather who shut out Corrales anymore. This guy is pushing mid 30's.

mayweather vs kan late 2011 is definitely a possibility, I think khan should wait untill 2012. But yeah it kind of sucks if mayweather fights him but not pacquiao.
the only real option for mayweather now is berto in 2011 evryone else is busy, yeah martinez but floyd will never do that. so either berto or khan late.
I think floyd is overestimating his skills, he is at the age he will lose his reflexes, and stylewise khan can beat him but its to early.

I think that Khan is the worst possible opponent for Mayweather.
    He is:
    - quicker than May
    - stronger
    - bigger
    - smart

Khan does have great foot and hand speed and length. But he's still got a lot of holes and I think Floyd would expose them at this stage.

I like khan too but his defense is weak and also is his inside game, he is open for the uppercut. Mayweater will pick him apart he needs to work on his defense, strong jab, and he needs head movement. After that when floyd is also a bit on the decline he has a decent chance. but at the moment no.

I don't play the fantasy matchup floyd games.

I am sick to death of him being the best fighter ever in the imaginary realm. I still have yet to see him do anything unbelievable above 130.

As far as I can tell, he's a joke outside super feather.

Well if that floyd doesnt show up but he gets beat then good for khan. But lets assume the fantasy matchup floyd does show up, how does khan deal with it. He still has a lot of things he needs to work on.
