17 KO's in 24 wins is my proof, you don't have to go into too much to say whether someone can punch or not

You started off by saying Khan was feather-fisted and Khan's record prove he isn't feather-fisted. Someone who was feather-fisted wouldn't have nearly crippled someone with a body-shot in the first round.

Like someone said Paulie Malignaggi is feather-fisted, if Malignaggi threw flurries like Khan did, fighters would still walk through him but with Khan's flurries he hasn't got the one punch power but he certainly has power to stun his opponents.

Bradley is definitely no finisher, but his one shot counters visibly shake his opponents. Khan really does pitty-pat.

So Khan is a bigger puncher than Holt then ? Numbers can be misleading, the proof is in viewing his fights and taking into account the level of position he has put a dent in, not by looking at the numbers.

Is that the best argument you can come
up with? This is as bad as you trying to convince
me Caballero has drastically improved, even though his best win was years ago.

Yeah he shaken Peterson, Abregu, Holt was caught a few times, Witter floored. Cherry as well. He snaps that overhand right beautifully when he slips the jab or that roll back right hand. Either one is bliss! Just a shame he doesn't hook better.

He ain't. Who has he sparked? Gurov? He's no Shavers, Foreman or Louis, Hell, he's no Jerry Quarry or Ray Mercer, let alone a top-level Heavyweight puncher (around a similar weight)

It's plain to see, if you know your history.

    140lb puncher rankings...

    Maidana
    Urango
    Ortiz
    Judah
    Alexander
    Khan
    Holt
    Bradley
    Kotelnik

Didn't rank Matthyse based off of two fights, one against a completely glass jawed fighter. Holt possibly could be higher, I think he lacks confidence to really let the punches go and his record is a bit deceiving. I don't see much between Bradley, Devon and Khan I really don't, I had to rank Devon ahead just for that KO of Urango.

Holt hits harder than Khan by a massive stretch, although, as you say he rarely let's it go. Sparked David Diaz with one shot, Pac needed rounds of a one-sided drubbing to put him away, Holt has demonstrated big power, but he doesn't have the mental make-up.

On power alone I'd have Holt right near the top. Good list apart from that.

Can you remind me what thread that was please, I forgot which one it was.

Also the debate wasn't whether Khan was a bigger puncher than Kendall Holt, it was whether Khan was feather-fisted or not and I don't think he is. If Khan was feather-fisted Maidana would have walked through him and stopped him Saturday night but he didn't.

Thats what I mean, his record is deceiving but I remember quite a few times where Holt's power has impressed me in short bursts. He can never maintain it though, his ring focus is a joke. Torres has disapeared off boxrec rankings or he would have figured in the top section of this list for sure.

I wouldn't say Khan is too far high on the list, he could stop almost all on the list. I wouldn't say the same for a genuine feather fister like Paulie.

I was only really attempting to rank the top 10 fighters not every single 140lber in existence.
