Who have you got if these two kicked off? It's a shame Daley left the UFC because this fight probably won't happen, I think it's one of the few fights I would've loved to have seen him in, along with a Lytle fight. Who would you have in this encounter? Neither would probably take it to the floor, though if anyone would it'd probably be Anthony Johnson attempting to use his wrestling, but let's imagine that doesn't happen, in a stand up shootout, who have you got between these two?

I honestly couldn't call it, I think it'd be the first person to connect, but Johnson would probably be on the defensive with Daley on the counter, I'd lean towards Daley for that reason, he's more patient and technical, but Johnson has even more power I think, but he's a bit wreckless.

Daley if it is mostly standing, otherwise Johnson by LnP.

Johnson would take him down and control him if he felt outmatched on his feet.

Johnson shoots and gets the takedown, although Daley's take down defense is pretty good. Nobody beats Daley standing right now.

Agreed, I wish Johnson had a ground game. I wish some of these fighters could master sprawl and brawl, it's so sad when you see an elite wrestler like Koscheck take them down and humiliate them.

Its just a difficult thing to do though man. You practice all the sprawls you want at the end of the day you will always be behind the experience of a guy like Josh Koscheck whos wrestled for 15-20 years. Its not a must but it sure as hell helps to have a background in wrestling. The moment I can transfer ill be looking to join a school with a wrestling team if I dont make the team hell ill pay just to train with the guys or offer up some Jiujitsu instruction for some wrestling help in return.

Daley standing but Daley grappling is questionable.
