George Groves v Paul Smith

He got told he was a banger on The Contender and, despite all the evidence pointing to the contrary, he's never quite let go of the idea.

 

It was that "highly scientific" SPARQ testing. They measured his punch power as being off the charts compared to everyone else.

Of course, stacked against Max Alexander and Sam Soliman it isn't hard to rank as a smasher.

I truly doubt Smith actually punches harder than Sakio Bika or Jaidon Codrington, though.

 

Didnt Smith hit a heavy bag and some computer said he hit harder than Banks? The CPU on that testing equipment must have been overheating because he's seriously not a puncher. He's never been in any danger of stopping anybody respectable, even people like Dodson who Quigley stopped.

I've seen Smith's four last fights and he looked garbage in every single one of them.

Degale will atleast hold a title belt.

Grove .. got talent, too early for Paul Smith, will be pulled into a war.

 

Avid likes the sound of this fight. Smith was gash in the fight against degale, but degale would do the same to groves imo

 

Maybe the problem lies in the fact smith isn't a natural smw. He was a decent inside and pressure fighter at mw

 

Groves would stop Smith much earlier than De Gale did.
