This should be miles down the list of opponents for Amir Khan. Prescott's been awful since that knockout and wasn't anything special before. He caught a naive Khan early and finished him, big deal. Prescott isn't even that big a puncher. 5 or his last 7 fights have gone the distance ffs!

I think it would be a step backward for Khan, Mitchell totally dominated Prescott, I think Khan would do the same.

Khan vs Prescott would be a disgraceful PPV.

So, I fully expect it to be announced by Sky soon.

This fight wont happen unless HBO wants it. They are not going to pay 1-2 mill for a no name fighter.

    Prescott cant beat Khan.

Khan could lie on the ropes and absorb bomb after bomb. He wont go down.

lol that's crazy talk Prescott beat the crap out of him easily the last time. Khan took some decent punches from Maidana but lets not get carried away!

I'm shocked Maidana even got up from that sweet liver shot in round 1...though he certainly wasn't hitting with anything near full power after that...and even then, Khan was badly rocked several times in round 6 and 10.

Fair play to Amir for surviving the onslaught, I honestly believed he would be KO'd.

:good......id rather see a fight with khan vs kev mitchell if were talking about a fight in the uk.

yeah it would be nice for khan to put the demons of prescott to bed once and for all, but i think that prescott has decent power and khan and his team at the time didnt really think much of prescott's power.
with that in mind i dont think prescott would have a chance vs khan, cos khan has proved to us all that he can take a shot or 30 and stay on his feet, so he has nothing to prove vs prescott.

id rather see khan vs mitchell cos kev took the **** out of prescott.

but i dont think either fight with khan will happen, khan is on a different path right now, maybe a fight when coming to the end of their careers's.

I could see it happening, but Prescott needs to do something else worth a damn first rather than just milk this one all the time.

Neither Prescott NOR Judah really excite me as Khan's next opponent. But some of you need to be realists, asking for a Maidana rematch? Simply is NOT gonna happen in his next fight, and he defo does need one more fight at least before the winner of Alexander/Bradley...thats assuming Bradley wins, because I think Khan would handle Devon. I really dont know who they will pick, Judah seems a genuine candidate though.... I cant think of any other realistic candidates off the top of my head... Would Judah provide enough of a challenge to Khan to learn some more tricks in preparation for Bradley?

Yip me too I'd rather see him fight someone like Paul McCloskey, though I doubt it'll happen any more than a rematch with Maidana.

This would sell well in Britain. It would be good for Khan's confidence to knock Prescott out in the same ring he lost in.

More chance of the Maidana rematch I think than with Paul, simply because Paul is not a name known in the states at the mo. I may be wrong but HBO want to show Khans next fight on US TV so it really has to be someone known over there, by people other than just hardcore boxing fans.

Stranger things have happened, there is a big size difference, but a big money spinner would be Khan versus Burns.
