Martin Lindsay "A true gem"

Discussion in 'British Boxing Forum' started by billy nelson, Dec 16, 2010.

  1. Not to anybody else other than you it doesn't.

  2. Two good fighters in a really competitive and enjoyable fight. Good crowd and a good atmosphere. I'd love to see them fight again.

 There's a difference between trying to have a debate with someone and constantly trolling threads and making attacks against them to try and get a name for yourself. You're like a worse version of Rob or Dunky McCafferty.

well done billy never taught john would beat martin
jaysus the lad is made of iron didnt look troubled once by everything martin threw at him
the best i was hopein for martin in the end was a draw but john deserved the win by a gee hair
martin will bounce back and hopefully john goes on to bigger and better things because hes alot better fighter than his record suggests

It's will surely be a Jolly Christmas in the Nelson household.

I'm just about to watch the fight again as I found it hard to enjoy last night as I was so tense throughout the fight wanting john to win that i almost felt myself getting tired like I was fighting.

So glad john didn't chuck the sport after the bad decisions and bad luck he's recieved in the past, he's just one of the best domestic champions in Britain and I'm sure he's got more to give.

Just to clear things up regarding the newspaper article saying John may quit if he lost to Martin that was not the case at all, simpson has so much in the tank and to offer to boxing!

That's sound .What level do you think Simpson can box at .Think he's got a chance of picking up a world title anytime in his career like Burns mate.
