Not sure to what extent - but 100% confirmed with a very reliable source. Apparently, it might not include Mick Hennessey either - watch this space!
I dont think i've seen him on sky since he fought Robin Reid, a big coup for Sky if true! Maybe he'll finally get the recognition he deserves
Definitely true, spoken to the man himself. A deal hasn't been reached yet but the wheels are definitely turning.
Too bad it's after his great nights against Pascal, Taylor, Kessler and Abraham, whilst missing out on the hype of the Super Six in its early stages. Better late than never I suppose.
Be good to see him on Sky beating Johnson, Ward .......... and then maybe even Ole Popkins himself should he beat Pascal ........ if not I'll be happy with Pascal again anyway, would be a better fight.
It might be a similar deal to when Hatton left Frank Warren. He signed a promotional deal with Dennis Hobson but did his own TV deal - and therefore kept all the money rather than haggling over %. I'd expect him to stay with Hennessy, and Mick to stay quiet and roll with this...... it's the only way for him to get his fighters on telly and make some money.
