a person that knows what their talking is able to use what they know to influence some ones opinion.

they dont call them a ****ing idiot.

any one resorting to character attacks immedialtly shows weakness and second guessing....so essentially anything you say holds no water in that you resort to character attacks.

a nutirtionalist that knows what hes talking about wouldnt be giving a boxer advice he feels is **** advice.

really i think any human being would naturaly use advice that sounds useful and ignore the advice they feel is **** advice....not just the ****tards like myself.....

Congratulations. I have no bias or emotional problem with you, I truly just believe you're a blunt tool and I enjoy laughing at you and sitting here shaking my head at the sometimes incredibly stupid things you say.

The reason why I and many others have called you an idiot is not because they're second guessing themselves, it's because you are an idiot. Honestly the word was invented for you, it's frustrating talking to someone who is too stubborn to admit they are wrong and makes up their own ridiculous theories that contradict known basic facts. I suspect you have some learning difficulties, the way you can't stick to a topic when arguing and your often nonsensical advice combined with the braindead look in your eyes before you slap your heavybag lead me to that conclusion. Also your talk about cutting weight when you don't even go to a boxing gym, what are you going to have a rematch with your pet cat? Honestly you're just a joke.

It's just frustration combined with laughter when I'm dealing with you, I don't actually have anything against you. It's like when Ricky Gervais is talking to Karl Pilkington. I just think you're unbelievably stupid.

karl is only portrayed as an idiot because of his apathy for the wonders of the world.

reality is hes an intelligent person who makes very good points.

I have a scale that you put in your height and age then step on it and it tells you your weight and body fat %. in july i started taking hoodia weighed and measured myself at alittle over 210 and 22. something% bf now im at 188 17.4%, 16.2% after a shower.

about a year ago i had a 7 point caliper test done that measured me at like 14% when my scale was telling me i was at like 17-18% so its not very reliable if you compare it to anything other then measurements from itself but i really only use it to keep track of my weight and bf and make sure they're decreasing so it works fine in that respect.
