Ummm...because Mabuza is barely known, and because Mabuza/Holt was a joke of a match. I'm pretty sure Holt just quit out of boredom.

Rios-Ortiz with the winner fighting Khan makes the most sense. If he wants an easy fight with Peterson first then cool, but the aforementioned setup makes a lot of sense commercially and for the fans. It depends if the WBO enforces Rios as the lightweight mandatory for Marquez/Acosta.

I read a while back that there is a good chance of that title shot being held in South Africa. Who the **** wants to go there and fight?

Peterson looked good vs. Ortiz from round 3-10. I scored it 95-94 Ortiz, kind of remarkable considering a 10-7 round. Ortiz is good, and at times Lamont made him look foolish despite being outweighed by 9 pounds.

I'd prefer Lamont to Judah personally.

I dont mind him getting an easy fight, he just took a big risk with Maidana, and showed a lot of heart and got the W. But I still would like to see that Judah fight, the Peterson fight does seem like a major waste of time right now. But I can def concede that its not the end of the world if Khan takes a stay busy type fight but fairly safe one as well. Which is what this one would be.

I like Lamont Peterson. I think he's a good dude and also underrated at what he does. There's a reason Ortiz couldn't finish him.

Better to give him the props instead of ****ing Zab Judah. And Khan will get experience from the fight.

Khan will beat him easily, Peterson is no puncher. Zab might upset Khan - this is very likely imo.

Peterson was very rusty. I expect him to have a better showing in his next fight regardless of who he faces. The logical pick is Khan, but i would not be surprised if Peterson pulled a "Zahir Raheem"

Khan will knock Peterson out. Ortiz was robbed against Peterson, should have gone ahead and knocked him out cold!
