did shannon briggs do any conditioning at all?

i think the only training he done for the ibragimov fight was weight lifting, i dont think he even hit the heavy bags or mitts, i cant imagine him skipping.

I don't think Shannon's own family had as much faith in him as KO by Briggs did.
