Tszyu would KO taylor or wear him down for a late TKO.
Whitaker is a perfect stylistic match-up for Tszyu. Nevertheless, Whitaker wins a close decision.

Arguello was never a proven 140 pounder. Never beat anyone in the Ring TOP10.
Cervantes was old and flown in to Pryor's hometown so that the latter can win a title.

Welterweight was a place for larger fighters: Oscar 5ft 101/2 Trinidad 5ft 11 Mosley 5ft9 Forrest 6ft etc...
Jr. Welter: Tszyu, Judah, Mitchell etc. all 5ft 7

 

I think Tszyu has a shot against Chavez and Mosley, and a good shot to beat Floyd. Id still make him the underdog in those fights but he'd be a live one for sure. Pea and Duran are out of his league though.

Thing is, no matter how many totally and clearly unassailable facts you throw at someone, a hater is still going to hate. You might as well just call their mother names for all the good it's going to do in changing their opinion.

The overrating of Buddy McGirt reminds me of Esteban De Jesus by Duran fans. Same can be said of Meldrick Taylor and JCC fans.
They have talked them up so much not because of who they beat or what they accomplished but because of who beat them.

Not really. Never claimed or made a thread that they should get in the HOF before Chavez, or get there at all. Or that they would have beaten him.

Buddy was lucky he was beaten by Whitaker. Same goes for Meldrick with Chavez. If they'd fought in Tszyu's time they would have been called dubiously talented now.

I clearly remember after the Judah win he said he wanted Big fights but due to Mayweather's and the Cotto's and the Gatti's of the world fighting around that weight nobody went to him.

Remembering lets not forget here Tszyu was the Undisputed Champ.

But not once can i remember seeing PBF or Gatti or even Castillo or Corrales management approaching and asking for a shot at Tszyu.

So how can that be Tszyu's fault. After that fight he had all the belts was the man of that division was making not to bad of money and I never seen Any decent fighter out there chase Tszyu.

I remember them once getting Vivian Harris in the Ring and that to me seamed like a ****ing Insult to Tszyu's career.

Especially at that time he was ranked P4P number 3 by Ring.

Its sad really im sitting hear thinking how many offers Juan M Marquez gets being number 3 P4P by Ring. Lets be honest here.

He got to fight guys like Pacman, Mayweather, Casamayor, Diaz, Barrera.

Yet they gave him those fights or chased him.

I cant remember ever seeing Tszyu get those offers.

Because we all know as Boxing Fans he would have taken them.

I feel most of the fighters of the Day were **** scared of his Power.

 

Thats it Bernie I threw clear Facts at Ratio's that Tszyu fought 3 times the amount of World Champs.

His Ratio in quality opponents was average of 32 wins and 3 loses to Pryors 23 wins and 10 loses.

Yet even with these facts the only real thing they can come back with is that he never faced a Great in his Prime.

And and another thing about that is. Was it Tszyu's fault he never faced these so called other greats because the Kostya i know would face them even on there own ****ing turf. i.e Hatton, Chavez and 12 other World Title fights that were not in Australia.

I have done the statistics and what it comes back to is Tszyu's career is pretty simular to Lennox Lewis's.

Now im just trying to Remember if the ESB fans questioned Lennox getting into to HOF like Tszyu.

To me this thread is **** and just another Hate thread towards International Boxers because American fighters right now are ****.

 

His record resume is just GOOD, but reigning for several years as undisputed world champ for a few years and as world champ for about 7 years is still impressive
