The best piece of advice I could give him is to just chill the **** out when he's in there.

No wonder he makes 175 as easily as he says he does, the amount of nervous energy he seems to have will make him sweat buckets.

Stick with Farnell for a couple of years at least..... it's not his fault Tony tries to knock every opponent's block off in the first ten seconds.

Fail. This is disrespectful toward Anthony Farnell and with all due respect we have no idea what goes on behind closed doors. I think that as we do not have access to what goes on the gym we should not offer our opinion.

Farnell is not the problem you just watch what he does with Frankie he will make him top wolrd class, the problem is that Bellew is so over-rated and his power is no where near as good as he thinks. He is not very fast and has no athleticism at all he also has very little muscle. a move up would help i reckon but not much.

How the **** is it disrespectful. Because he posts here? Would you rather everyone lick his arse? Is it disrespectful when other trainers get critisism on here?

I've been fortunate enough to see Arnie working with all his boxers in the gym over the last couple of years and backstage at the fights preparing his boxers. If people knew the quality of what goes on in that gym and how dedicated he is to the lads then they wouldn't be posting this sort of stuff.

Arnie is a top coach and a top man.

I'm yet to meet his mum though...

Agreed. That's the boxrec attitude. Can't criticise anyone who posts and you have to lick their arse. Paul Smith was a great example. Personally I can't see him ever coming on forums again. He hasn't posted since he got beaten by Degale.

It's disrespectful because you don't know the facts, you are making assumptions and trying to give someone a bad name based on insinuation and guess work, now for me that is disrespectful. It has nothing to do with him posting on here.

For example I personally think that Oliver Harrison conditions his guys completely wrong but I don't post threads on it because I don't know what he does in the gym and I'm not going to sprout crap about him being **** when I don't know anything about him and what techniques he uses in the gym.

Simply put my view on all areas of life is that you shouldn't talk crap about something you know nothing about, I don't know anything about Angola so I sure as hell am not going to be talking about how **** the Angolan President is am I.

No let's get this right, criticise should and can be given if it is applicable.

I think Smith's comments after the fight where very stupid and twatish and I think he is a complete hypocrite at times.

I also think Bomber made a lot of simple mistakes in his fights against Ajisafe and McKensie and I even posted them on here but I did it in a constructive manner and I do not blame it on Arnie like some have.

I also don't say that every British fighter should go and train with Freddy Roach as if he has some magic formula that guarantees Boxing perfection and success.

Its not about muscle etc , he needs to get back to basics , start listening which he wont get with Farnell.
Regarding speed ,athletiicism ,and power Id say your views are taking from either tv or distance .:rofl
