Too many people picking BHop tonight IMO. Off reputation alone.. I know we would all love to see the old vet pull out another masterful performance ala the fight vs Pavlik, but Pascal is not one-dimensional and predictable like Pavlik. Pascal is going to outbox and outwork BHop en route to a clear, convincing unanimous decision tonight. And no one should be surprised..

 

Hopkins IS shot, just look at the RJJ fight for example. He's still got ring intelligence but nothing else.

 

He's been past his prime for years, but he was still highly competitive -- not shot.

But he's going to look terrible tonight and there will be numerous calls of him being totally shot and jeers calling for his retirement.

 

Pascal just needs to be smart in there but still make Hops fight at a rate he won't cope with and it's in the bag.

 

Hopkins has basically become unwatchable for me all he does is hold, clinch, grab, wrestle, and fake low blows.

dont think he is shot but he def isnt the bhop of even a couple years ago. i do think with the right game plan he can win. if he loses o an a fair decision im ok with that.
