Ibragimov was just too small and was too wild at times and even lower level fighters were catching him and dropping him. Like Austin and Friday Ahnananya.

It's off topic, but Ibragimov handled Ahunanya fine in that fight.

Not a good comparison imo. Ibragimov has defensive skills, is elusive... He was too weak physically to execute his old, aggressive style against top competition. Good enough to knock out third tier opposition but not against top10 guys. Briggs would've knocked him stiff if he decided to trade with him.

Povetkin on the other hand... has no defensive skills at all. The so-called improvements work against top200 opponents and even guys like Mora have no difficulties to hit him flush if he stands in front of them with "head movement". I don't think old Povetkin would beat Wlad either but even Valuev would knock new Povetkin out.

Did anyone see the light heavyweight bout on the undercard, between Dustin Dirks and Alpay Kobal?

Russian TV is showing it on tape delay now.

Guillermo Rigondeaux left the Wild Card because Freddie gave him no attention and had him sparring with cruiserweights all day. I highly doubt the Wild Card is the heaven's heaven of boxing gyms people crack it up to be. That, and it is run by a known steroid supplier/encourager/user (not user himself, user for those he trains).
