Your worst pre-fight predictions?

Every ****wit picking Hopkins tonight.

 

I predicted Odlanier Solis to weigh-in under 400lbs once.

 

yeah i swore blind cotto would beat pac :roll:atsch

 

i also thought hatton/pac would be fight of the year

.......could'nt be more wrong !

 

Hatton to beat Mayweather, I was 14 and obviously very new to the sport but i still can't live this one down

 

"Are you kiddin? Gatti will make it a streetfight and is way too strong for Floyd!"

 

I'm pretty **** with predictions. Here are a few:

• Oscar to brutally stop the smaller Pacquiao.
• Pacquiao to be dragged into the fight of his life by Hatton, before stopping him around 10/11.
• Katsidis will be made to look ordinary (and at times, stupid!) by a Kevin Mitchell who is a superior boxer.
• Mosley to push Mayweather to the limit, but lose in a competitive decision.
• Margarito to beat old-man Mosley with ease.

Will think of more when they pop into my head.

hatton to beat pacquiao was probily the worst i have predicted, i always imagined hatton being to strong for him.

damn that was probably the worst one so far. I thought Hatton would beat Pacquiao though also, but I didn't have as much knowledge then either

 

Me too, I thought he would win a ud with his speed from the outside, plus cotto was new at 154.
I thought margarito would murder mosley.
I thought valuev would ko holyfield
and i thought abraham would ko froch

Last two were more of hoping or having a feeling about it. Two huge underdog who never stood a chance in the same night, in their biggest fights. Was hoping for an upset

 

Anytime I put money on a fight I'm wrong. When I have a hunch and don't put money I'm right.
