I had it 115-113 Lebdev but u know..he gave away the last 4 rds and maybe last 5 rds. You cant win decisively in germany giving away that many last rds. IMO he dug himself his own grave.
Huck was + 800 going into the last round at bookmakers , enough said .... They dont like giving away money with great odds like that so you know who most seen ahead ...
Germany was feeling a little lonesome with all the robberies going on the U.S. lately and needed to remind people "Hey, visiting fighters routinely get ****ed here, too".
Woooow, you either gotta school a guy to shame or KO/TKO him when you fight @ Germany. Not cool. **** 'em.
It appears all Huck had to do in order to win was not get KTFO. I was fairly confident Lebedev could knock him out - particularly late - but once the 12th started with Huck running it made me nervous. UW trained him to be very uncharacteristically careful this time. His new style didn't allow him to outbox Lebedev - but it did allow him to survive, which it seems is all he needed. :!:
hehhehehehe Germans....tell me why????why are you cheating????I ask you german posters, are you here???maybe not because you feel ashamed to post on international boxing forum What a shame for the sport, what a shame for you Germans...When I saw this ****ing judges i was sure that only amercian would judge fair.Spanish guy and from Holland????? WTF??is there any good boxer from Spain??????WTFI was sure that if Lebedev could not KO this caveman he would lose Sham ****ing shame!!!!!!How much is the price of honour????he??I ask you ****ing judges???How much and this Sauerland mafia boss, what a piece of ****.He is a criminalist Huck would never be respected in boxing world, one fight outside germany with decent fighter and he is out.
When will the governing bodies put a stop to this ****in **** !!!! World title fights in Germany should be banned.Lebedev was the agressor, landed the cleaner shots, landed more shots, and hardly took a shot all night.I only gave Huck the 2nd round and a share of 7 and 8,how the **** did he win an SD ??? Its a Disgrace, and needs to stop :fire
The scores were 115-113 twice for Huck and 116-112 for Lebedev. I could see Lebedev getting the decision but not by 4 points. Fat Dan At Max Schmeling Halle in Berlin, Germany, Marco Huck (31-1, 23KOs) survived a very tough fight to win a close twelve round split decision over previously undefeated mandatory challenger Denis Lebedev (21-1, 16KOs). Huck retains the WBO cruiserweight title. The scores were 115-113 for Huck, 116-112 for Lebedev and 115-113 for Huck. Both boxers came out being a little cautious. It didn't take long for hard punches to get exchanged. Lebedev applied a lot of pressure from the start. Huck stood his ground and countered when Lebedev charged in with hard shots. In the second a counter from Huck sent Lebedev stumbling back, but he got his footing back and charged in to trade. Huck was landing the short right very well. The next couple of rounds were close, with Huck getting the minor edge. Lebedev came on strong at the end of a very active sixth round. Huck also had his moments with some counters. A few more close rounds before Lebedev turned up the heat in the ninth with some hard combos. The championship rounds were tough for both and also close. In the twelfth and final round, Huck must have felt like he was well ahead because he mostly coasted during the final three minutes.
