Yup, if Pascal decides to take on Dawson, he's going to sleep. Hopkins took his soul, his confidence. Pascal will never be the same.

 

Dawson losing to Pascal will do him more good than bad. For far too long Dawson had relied on simply boxing and just plain refused to engage with Pascal which is what cost him the fight - not Pascal implementing a superior plan.

I rewatched the fight last night, and it was clear as day when Dawson stood his ground, and traded shots he was far superior, but relying on defense too much and not throwing back/countering really made it look worse than it really was.

I don't want to speculate if Dawson could have gotten the KO in the last two rounds, but it was clear when he pressed the action he was too accurate, too fast and his combinations kept Pascal guessing.

I am very confident Dawson will come out far more aggressive in the rematch, and you'll see a KO inside six rounds.

 

I agree, i think his lost to Pascal will make him a much more aggressive fighter, and he will win the rematch!
