I'm a Haye fan and even I have to admit he got a gift decision against SNV...and in that vid in the OP, I thought him saying SNV was a career defining fight was a bit of a stretch. If he beats one of the Klits yes..but c'mon everyone knows SNV was a poor champion. And that Holyfield actually fared better against SNV than Haye did.

I would like to see Haye beat the Klits but whilst I'm rooting for it I dont think he can deliver really. Just hoping really. I predict he will fight very scared against either Klit but especially Vitali. They're going for Wlad first because they have seen him hurt and KO'd. But they have never seen Vitali on the floor even for a second. That is why its Wlad first...the think that hes the easier fight to win.

If Haye loses to the Klits he'll retire as planned, but if he pulls it off there is NO WAY ON THIS EARTH he will walk away from the huge amount of money he could earn as a undisputed champion. He will always want that "just one more fight, i'm young enough" cos the money will draw him.

    Same here.

I won't even be conviced the fight is on, as Haye is doing his ring walk, cause you never know when he might turn around, and do his cocky stroll right back outta the arena, leaving the K Brother high and dry, once again.

After Vlad gets through with Haye there will be nothing left for Vitali! However, I will not hold my breath. I doubt if Haye gets the never to get into a ring with either.

He will KO Wlad. But if he ever fights Vitali. He will have to fight similar to the way he did against Valuev to have a chance of winning.

Interesting. I am the last person on earth you could call a Haye fan, but I had him just winning. I do agree that Holyfield did better though.

Which is the proof I have used that he is scared to fight the Klits. If he really thought he would win, then he would have tried two years ago. The amount of money he would make as an undisputed champion would make his current earnings seem like chickenfeed. He could have had 3 years (before he retires) fighting three times a year, and come out with ten times the money.
Even if he thought he was a 50/50 chance, he would have taken it. Ten times more money is more than enough incentive, the risk to reward ratio is very good.
But, he knows he will lose. That is the only reasonable explanation for refusing that much money. It also explains a lot of other things, too.
