I think Bhop himself said the fight with Calzaghe was like a Sniper rifle against an Uzi or something like that

Forget records. Joe Calzaghe must look on in envy at the resumes of Hopkins and Carl froch.:hi:

calzaghe was shot to **** with brittle hands
    - he went abroad to fight hopkins
    - he was fighting at light heavy for the 1st time in his career
    - he had hopkins brother joe cortez refereeing the fight

and calzaghe still beat borenard who spent the night clinging on for dear life because he was scared to death of standing in the pocket and trading with a fighter with the most ****ed up hands in boxing.

not only this, in round 11, hopkins got bent over and ****ed up the shithole by a whiteboy

there is no blueprint on how to beat joe calzaghe and their never will be

46-0-0 - all roads lead to joe calzaghe

BHop pulled out of fighting Calzaghe when BHop was in his prime, 24 hours after Hopkins agreed to the fight Calzaghe, BHop found out how good Calzaghe was by asking around and then demanded double the money for the fight knowing it would put an end to the match up .

Another American boxer Roy Jones Jnr asked Chris Eubank who had fought and lost to Calzaghe, whether he {prime RJJ} should fight Joe and he was told, ''the risk is too great'', eventually Jones decided the risk was worth taking as Joe had an unbeaten record and lots of titles, making the risk worthwhile for the American, but unfortunately for Jones he was humiliated on home ground by Calzaghe who won so easily that he spent half the fight showboating.

Calzaghe was more shot and closer to retirement when he fought and beat Hopkins in Hopkins own country than Hopkins was .
The Hopkins fight was one of the worst performances by Calzaghe in his career, his father/trainer was on Joes case during training camp before the fight telling him that he had lost it and needed to consider retirement, after Calzaghe defeated Hopkins, Joe telephoned his family back in Wales, there was a local news team in one of Joes relatives front room to interview family members, they asked Joes sister what had he said on the phone and she said that she only wanted to know if he was ok, she had no interest in boxing and said Joe was disappointed with his performance, Hopkins fought Calzaghe at a point in their careers that suited Hopkins and not Calzaghe, dont forget Hopkins was on a winning run going into the Calzaghe fight beating Tarver and Winky Wright and since getting beaten by Calzaghe, Hopkins is unbeaten in four fights including beating the unbeaten {at the time} Pavlik and getting a draw away from home against Pascal.
Calzaghe beats BHop all the time everytime.

Yesterday showed why Calzaghe didnt want a rematch with Hopkins even in home turf Cardiff. A motivated Hopkins can fight 12 rounds forcing the fight and no need for stamina breaks to take the ****.

Calzaghe fought Shot Jones Jr instead.

How can a Bhop afford to envy a Calzaghe if it couldve turned him into a punch slapper to have that record and possibly be floored if he pats his chin himself.
By beating Hopkins with a split once can never make JC in the same league with this fighter's accomplishment in this sport.

froch? his best win just got schooled by a worse version of b-hop than calzaghe beat & their main common opponent beat froch & lost to calzaghe. how exactly does froch have a better resume than former wbo, ibf, wbc, wba & ring champion calzaghe? :deal

Calzaghe is underrated not overrated, which does boxers like Bernard Hopkins no favours at all.

People seem to forget that Calzaghes hands were so f*cked up by this stage of his career he could no longer even throw a hard shot!

Calzaghe was nowhere near his physical peak when he beat bhop.

The main reason bhops fans are angry about this fight is that J.C bent BHop over in the centre of the ring and ass raped him (almost literally).

Bhop also spent half the fight cheating and buying time.
