Hopkins shouldn't give them the opportunity to "right" their wrong. It was a clear win for him and if he were to lose the rematch, it would just diminish what he did tonight.
Tarver had it 112-114 Pascal, so did I. The first knockdown was from a punch that landed behind the ear, not behind the head.
It was a close fight some rds were tough to score and both KD's were legit where is the respect for Jean for the KD's I don't hear much on that ..
That was a wonderful fight but i think pascal won it because of the two knockdowns. it was only on the last three rounds that hopkins showed his boxing prowess when pascal was at his lowest peak of energy.:smoke
rematch.... Pascal had a look of defeat between the 5th and the 6th. He will not give a rematch unless it was sign in the contract.
I dont think he wold deteriorate so fast. It would take a year at least before he shows age but i doubt it. Im scared of the fact that in a rematch Pascal will have better cardio.
Hopkins should just retire. He fought his best and was denied the victory. Just walk away like Hagler did and let history debate the decision.
