We just have to be patient mate. He's looking to change promoters in the new year. His current promoters clearly haven't fulfilled their obligations (which was something like 3 fights before the end of the year) so he's getting away from them.

**** Cleverly, Sillakh is the man at LHW :yep

Oh god Clev/Sillakh would be brutal for Nathan.

I can see it now, nobody will want to fight this man. He's still under the radar, and he KO'd Judah badly which nobody expected.

Just checked his blog - google translate makes it confusing but he's had a meeting with his promoters and things have being sorted out. He is deffo fighting this Friday against that guy I mentioned a few pages back and Despaigne fight is on for March 4th - ESPN will televise.

Will be interesting to see if he can stop this durable guy. But anyway he'll win.

Despaigne - I hate that fight for this league. It's an interesting fight but its **** and risky, we want to see our guys against bums or fighting for a title, nothing inbetween. It's funny how it changes when you play the promoter.

Meh I think we got the beating of this character. Looks flashy but he's not elusive, he's in the pocket all the time. He's got some handspeed but not big pop. If he wants to stand with our guy we should be good.

Despaigne is a risky fight but let's look at the positives - he'll be getting some much needed exposure.

Sillakh is WBC no.7, Despaigne is no. 9 so he should move up the rankings, hopefully into the top 5.

And with LHW looking a bit empty he could get a title shot some time next year.

LP, there's a few fights on Youtube. Check out the Daniel Judah one for sure :good

Just seen that clip, Despaigne ain't got much of a jab and like you say wants to be in the pocket all the time. Some of them bodyshots are as wide as ****.

Our man Sillakh is good at range and has genuine power. Think a round or two to have a look at this guy, then break him down behind the jab before getting a stoppage.

Really hope he makes a statement against Despaigne!

Theres some good ringside footage of Sillakh and the Judah fight. The most impressive thing aside from his power is his left jab. Very stiff and accurate with it. He's very poised, never rushes his work, punches with great form and balance. Only criticism is he's a bit too 'Russian' at times, a bit stiff at the waist and upright and could be taggable.

I think looking at this guy Despaigne, in this limited footage he's not light on his feet. He's using a shell but I'm not sure he's going to keep out of the way of that jab being so heavy on his feet. We can keep him off balance with a heavy jab and build off it I believe. But then again it could be just because he's fighting a tomato can, he's just teeing off and stalking.

This video is class. The accuracy of Sillakh...does he miss? Unfortunately the stoppage was cut out which is a bit ******ed. This guy seems to be in the Sillakh camp as he's recorded a few of his fights and all his videos are about Sillakh.

I actually think I was to be fair mate . Seriously though, im just made up mares is really testing himself against the best in the best division in boxing, he'll eventually get me plenty of points with the titles he picks up. Golovkin though, his power is great and he sets up his shots nicely but there is a big gulf in class between the fella's hes destroying now and the top middleweights so it will be interesting to see how effective he is vs them.

Golovkin defended the middleweight championship handed down to him from Dempsey, Ketchel, Robinson and Hagler.

    I'm so proud!!!
