And Ty, if somebody is trespassing you can't immediately assume that they are there to cause you harm, so you need to ask that they leave your property and, failing that, you must call the police to have them attend to remove the trespasser. The law doesn't allow you to do anything unless you are under an immediate threat, not an imagined one.




Ps. Raxman, Zelky never said he was going to the police; only that his solicitor was collating information.

Hi Raxman, you've definitely got some wires crossed. I've not talked about calling the police, although someone has already called them in regards to all this...as he has already mentioned. The police have visited me twice regarding all this but both times wanting to know if I needed a hand with anything. I politely thanked them and said no both times.

I don't call the police if I need support for anything.

Calls me a gutless ***** one day, and is then so scared of talking to me one on one that he calls the police?

That same person said anyone who needs to call the police is a dog previously.
