I agree that a different Dawson shows up and schools Pascal then B-Hop loses his chance cause he won't fight Dawson as we all know he ducked him for years only to sign a light heavy fight after he lost.

 

Dawson UD 12 by dominant performance. I swear to god if Dawson watches his fight with Pascal and the Hopkins/Pascal fight just once, Dawson will school him. If not, he is either the definition of stupid or just not cut out to be an "elite" fighter.

All he has to do is watch his own fight against Pascal and learn. Can't just rely on defensive boxing skills, and I think the loss will be the best thing for Dawson's development into a top p4p king. Problem is Dawson just didn't want to engage and didn't counter when he made Pascal miss (which was alot). When he did press the action he looked a class apart being too fast, too accurate, and confused him with a variety of punches.

Wait and see, Dawson will come out more aggresive in the rematch and will have Pascal in trouble early.

Dawson, would easily win the rematch. The skills Dawson has is almost second to none . I'm hoping for a B-Hop vs Dawson fight soon!

 

Lets hope that Pascal's special referee isn't running the show this time around. In the first fight he stopped the fight(after the head clash) when Dawson was having his best rally and easily would have survived the fight because Pascal was on his last asthmatic gasp of air. In the Hopkins fight he allowed some rabid punches and never seemed to actually warn Pascal for anything.

I am willing to go out on the limb and say Pascal is the next Segundo Mercado.

 

He is. he knocked down Hopkins twice but still only managed a gift draw in his home country. JUST like Mercado

Hopkins i believe has ruined Pascal, the same way Hopkins traditionally ruins these younger fighters (pavlik, trinidad, Taylor)
